On tap at City Tap, pours a hazy pinkish rosé colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of fresh, tart raspberries, gentle salinity, and a hint of citrus. Flavour is quite tart, with punchy tart raspberries upfront, moderate salinity, some coriander poking through, and citric acid on the finish. Reasonably constructed, drinkable, a touch sharp on the acidity. Good.

5 ounce draft. Cloudy pink in color. Aroma is yogurt and raspberry. Flavor is tart berry, soft coriander and lactic acid. Spot on what it should be.
