Can (2/5/21) pour from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. It's a cloudy light brown-dark yellow with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger white tight-foamy head with good retention and mild lacing. Aroma is moderately strong fruit salad (notes of pear, stone fruit, apple) balanced with malt backbone. Taste is non-specific, generally sweet fruit with yeasty biscuit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, a West Coast style DIPA with hops for flavor and bitterness with a substantial grain bill. OK.

16 oz. can traded by tfontana. Aroma is weak non-descriptive fruit. Flavor is a little bit of citrus, little bit of grass, baked white bread malt. For some reason I taste alcohol at only 7.5%. Very noticeable. I think with a little tweaking this could be real good.

Can from tfontana Hazy lemon yellow with a frothy bone white head that persists. Earthy grassy sharp bitterness with bits of pity fruit and faint sweet bread to counter.
