Cask at GBBF 25. Aroma is fruity with a caramel popcorn edge. Sugary. Hazy dark gold. Thick foamy white head. Tangy stone fruit with some underlying canned fruit syrup sweetness. Bitter edge. A combination of fruit and resin. Medium bodied. Slick. Sticky. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Best beer so far.

12 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. Thanks Tom! Born on date: 10/20/20 “ eruption”. Aroma is grapefruit, orange peel, herb. Character of the brew has a slight bread malt back bone with lasting grapefruit, orange and slight herb finish. Bitterness is very mild. Balanced. For as old as the can is... turned out real well.

Can (10/20/20) pour. Appearance is opaque yellow-orange (orange juice) with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is a sweet, fruity/creamsicle candy (bubblegum or taffy), along with milder vegetal/herbal. Taste is mix of sweet fruit candy (like aroma) and dank bitterness, with late hint of herb. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, not a bad introduction to this brewer! Look is gorgeous, aroma is intriguing but taste doesn't measure up and is a bit thin. But, enough to make me intrigued about this brewer!
