Appearance is opaque yellow-orange (orange juice) with no discernible sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is strong orange citrus, vanilla and cream. Taste is strong creamsicle/Orange Julius with orange, vanilla, and cream, and then just a hint of herb. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation, and finish as taste. Overall, they nailed a creamsicle experience BOTH without being too sweet AND without using lactose! Props. Really well done. A tad thin in the mouthfeel for the style--nitpicking.
