Experimental Pale Ale #1 - brewed with close to 40% wheat in the grist (whoa!) and hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, & Citra. Citra adds BIG notes of lychee and other tropical fruit while the Simcoe and Columbus add that dank deliciousness we love. Finishes clean and slightly bitter.

Sample at the source. Lemony light gold with a good sized frothy white head. Earthy spicy resinous onion with a bit of bready caramel to back it up. Really nice pale ale.

4 oz. taster at the source. Flavor has the soft fruit right upfront with a herbal and pine bitterness. Pretty balanced bit in Grand scheme of things, average.
