An ode to one of our favorite hidden gems to relax and crack a fresh can after a long day of brewing.
Quarry Juice pours a hazy light yellow color and is generously dry hopped with Citra & Apollo hops.
We are psyched on this beer for its nuance as well as the big bold characteristics we love to find in a
NEIPA. Full of hoppy fruit notes, subtle sweetness, and a textured softness all vying for attention
with each sip!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness; two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: juicy citrusy hoppiness; tropical fruity hops and some sweet grassy hoppiness; clean biscuity malts
Flavor: bittersweet juicy with some orangey tastes entering in; mild aftertaste of orange juice and some tropical fruitiness
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; fairly soft on my tongue, nice low carb; finishes juicy sweet
Overall: pretty good NEDIPA I would come back to.

Pours a hazy, bright golden yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, some grass. Flavor largely follows, along with a mid-level of hoppy bitterness that carries through to the finish. Very soft mouthfeel. Not bad!

Can (9/8/20) pour from the brewery. Appearance is dishwater yellow with no sparkle, 2-finger width off-white frothy foam head with decent retention and no lacing. Aroma is lemony citrus and mild yeasty esters. Taste is lemony citrus and late grain backbone. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nothing's bad about this but it disappoints at almost every turn: large frothy foam head, lack of complexity of aroma and flavor, thin mouthfeel for the style. Not great for a DNEIPA.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the trade. Lemony yellow with a slight haze and a thin bubbly white head that dissipates slowly. Citrus earthy grass and a hint of pine with a sweet bready malt an a bit of alcohol.

16 oz. can direct from the brewery. Big thanks going to tfontana on this trade. Can date 09/08/20. Aroma shows me orange and citrus peel. Flavor has a bold tangerine orange throughout with a mild level of juicy texture. No bitterness with a lighter body. Carbonation is low. Personally I feel like this is just missing something.
