Keg, at Brewdog Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Cloudy golden colour, rich creamy head. Fruity nose with elderflowers and pears. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with faint gooseberry hops. Some caramel followed by saccharine and wheat flour that burns my throat. If I am to suffer through the saccharine burn and poor drinkability of a NEIPA, at least I want some hop aroma and not have to wade through caramel.

[ As Hyllie Knight Hops ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, light resin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop bitter, fruity hops.
