A bright homage to the American IPA tradition of California. Brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, & Centennial hops, this nostalgic offering is evocative of simpler days of clear beer, bitter IPA and a healthy dose of crystal malt.

Can from the Packie. Pours a mostly clear light gold color with a bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Resin pine earth grass and grapefruit on the nose. Flavor adds a hint of bready malt and a seltzer like mouthfeel. Not bad.

16 oz. can. Aroma show candied citrus, herb, and soft pine. Flavor has the citrus upfront with the soft lasting pine finish. Really balanced and does NOT show a ton of sticky malt. Nice for the style of IPA.
