12 oz. can shared by by tfontana, thanks for the chance Tom. Pours a deeper brown with a medium sized white head. Roast and soft cocoa, touches of toffee. Medium bodied, soft cocoa over roasty malt. Weak nuts. Yes, it is a brown ale.

Can pour. Appearance is dark brown (like a cola) with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width beige head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is light roast and mild nuts. Taste follows aroma with late bitterness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, competent but not exemplary in any way.
