Dooryard’s big brother; a double IPA jam packed with hop character and a balanced malt backbone; deceptively smooth.

Can from the Packie Hazy lemony gold color with a good sized frothy white head. Mostly citrus and sweet bready maltiness but hints of grass and resin. Not bad.

Can pour in trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is cloudy (mist of particulates) light brown-yellow with light sparkle, thin cap of white head with poor retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is moderate citrus and pine balanced with sweet malts. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with bittersweet finish. Overall, competent old school DIPA--West Coasty--but not inspiring. OK.

16 oz. can. Appearance is lightly hazy gold. Flavor is a touch of tropical fruit, mild orange, and a tad of pine. Pine bitterness balances the fruit. A classic DIPA.
