16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. Fresh can directly from the brewery. Thanks BROseph! Notes of herbal Grass, ripe fruit, a touch of crackery bread character. Juicy texture with an almost leafy hop finish. Soft mouthfeel and carbonation. Hidden alcohol. Upper tier.

Can (5/20/20) pour from the brewery. Appearance is opaque dark yellow-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width white creamy foam head with decent retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is strong spicy citrus tang and cooking herbs/scallions. Mild tropical fruit. Taste is strong herbal dominant with nonspecific sweet fruit (stone fruit? melon?). Mouthfeel is medium bodied with full, thick texture, soft carbonation, nice alcohol warmth and surprisingly crisp, dry slightly yeasty finish as taste. Overall, another well crafted offering from this brewer. Unbelievably, no grapefruit from an all Mosaic offering (not that I'm complaining). Surprising herbal quality I don't usually get and nice sweet fruit. Pretty cool for all Mosaic.
