Pours hazy yellow with a fluffy white head, some sediment suspended in solution. Aroma of pineapple, orange, tropical fruits. Taste has soft melon notes, pineapple, some key lime, more soft tropical fruit notes. Palate has lingering zest on the tongue, some booze on the throat. Good.

Beer at home on Saturday. Hazy peachy gold and a finger of froth. Nose is tropical fruits, pizza dough and an element of adventure I can’t pin down. Tastes of pineapple, mango, kiwi. Wheat, doughy, some pine and a big league chew type of bubble gum. Smooth palate hint of herbal notes on finish.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. No can date. Flavor is bold citrus, orange, with notes of juicy pineapple bits. Juicy texture with a soft malt back bone. Very soft bitterness but still here for balance. Hands-down the best beer I’ve ever samples from this brewery.

Can pour from the source into IPA glass. Appearance is cloudy canary yellow (almost like orange juice), finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruit, orangey citrus. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus, mild pine. Palate is light bodied, with thin, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish sweet as taste. Overall, a nice tasty, fruity IPA. Low bitterness and no malt presence for balance but good.
