Cask (gravity) @ [ EBF21 2015 ], 21th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Shiny Cathedral Ale ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, earthy, light notes of bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, hay, nutty - earthy, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150807] 5-3-6-3-11
