Pours golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of pine. Taste has heavy resin notes, lingering hop oils. Palate has nondescript hop oils, pine and citrus. Heavily resinous.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana, much thanks! Date: 20069. Aroma shows citrus, orange marmalade, herb. Flavor shows orange marmalade, weak citrus, subtle herb. With the addition of caramel malt sweetness. Average for me. This was pretty fresh so.....

Can pour into nonic pint glass. Appearance is cloudy, dark orange with tons of sparkle, finger-width, white foamy head with good retention and nice, soapy lacing. Aroma is stone fruit, candied sugar, a bit dank. Taste is candied fruit sweetness, malt backbone (caramel and brown sugar?). Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, lively carbonation--a bit numbing of the lips, light pleasant alcohol warmth, some spiciness, and sweet, then dry bitter finish. Overall, some decent intensity to the aroma and flavor but I suspect the hops are more subdued than they should be (given the born on date--5 months ago).
