Guinea Pig (mosaic)

16 oz. can label dated 7/11/18. Hazy golden color with white head with some lace. Aroma has herbal notes, citrus. Flavor has moderate sweet grain, citrus with a decent bitterness, herbal, fruity. Ok.

Can from The Lazy Dog.Canned 9 days ago, love the freshies. Slightly hazy light golden color with a frothy white head that persists. Huge juicy fruity tropical citrusy aroma as soon as liquid hits the glass and wafts out long after each sip. Hints of earth grass and pine on the nose with faint bready maltiness round this out very nicely. More grassy and earthy than fruity in the flavor but there is still plenty of hop goodness to go around. Faint bready malt and a hint of spice at the finish. Light grainy but mostly creamy mouthfeel, medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation. Wow I'm pretty impressed with this one for their first attempt at the New England style. In my opinion this is better than some of the NEIPA's that are getting some hype these days, check it out.
