Senataur is a hybrid that starts out as a West Coast IPA and is double dry hopped with loads of Cascade and Simcoe hops. The hops give it a piney and citrusy finish that mix perfectly with our blend of grains featuring British crystal malt.

4 oz. draft.The appearance is clear gold. Oh my God, a IPA that is clear! Flavor shows mild pine, subtle citrus, some balance of malt and bitterness. Has the malty sweetness, caramel, and toffee that is standard of the British Crystal Malt. Throwback IPA of yester year. Kind of like it because nobody is brewing a IPA like this in New England.
