We brewed this pale lager with Saaz and Tettnang, then dry hopped it with New Zealand Wai-iti.
After some quality time lagering, this epic beer was born.
Dry, yet rich with crackery malt flavor, and hop-derived notes of lemon, grapefruit and spice. Oh so smooth.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Aroma is yeast, malt. I was expecting a brighter hop profile. Just mostly malt and yeast. Good for a standard pale lager. Good.
