Named after Exeter philanthropist, Ambrose Swasey, who generously gifted the town both the Swasey Pavilion (The Bandstand) and the Swasey Parkway including the Swasey Parkway Pavilion. These community gathering places are quintessential to our town of Exeter playing centerpiece to concerts, parades, farmers markets and even our local beerfest!

Fresh bottle. In appearance it looks exactly like grapefruit juice. Aroma is similar to apricot, peach, and a slight herbal hint mixed. Flavor is much the same. Texture isn’t to thick. Weak juicy notes. Bitterness is low that is pine. It’s decent.

Taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is opaque bright yellow (lemon chiffon) with no discernible sparkle, thin off-white head. Aroma is vaguely sweet; lemon, and fruit salad mix of others--stone fruit, apricot? Taste is slightly astringent citric acid and almost herbal bite, mild piney bitterness and cracker malt. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with granular texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Overall, all the elements are there but it's not strong enough in any one direction to have a true identity.
