We fruited our base Berliner Weisse with copious amounts of strawberries & rhubarb, then added lactose sugar & vanilla. The result is a smooth, creamy beer that strikes the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

6 oz. draft. I avoided this the 1st time it was released. So since it was on again for another batch, I broke down and tried it. For a lactose sour it is fine. Sweet strawberry upfront with a light sour rhubarb finish. decent balance, full thick creamy mouthfeel.
I hate this trendy style but for what this is, it is pretty good.
