Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: bronzed amber color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some citrusy hops, subtle funk, sweet grassy hops, some white pepper, light clean cement, wet grains, something Belgian-like and a touch of lemon pulp
Flavor: somewhat funky, spicy and a little bit of sweetness meshing the prior noted aromas; finishes funky, semi-grassy and lemony
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, light smoothness but also some peppery assertiveness
Overall: odd beer, it's some sort of Belgian ale, I think? Hmmm, maybe in a pinch there's a possibility of returning to, maybe...

Can. Interesting experiment with saison yeast and bolder hop profile. The yeast is somewhat shown through the hops. Has a slight juicy character but also a Belgian slight funk note to it. Is it totally cohesive? You can be the judge.
