Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, malt, fruits and has a nice bitter fruity finish.

Draft at the source. Clear copper, off-white head. Tropical fruit, citrus, caramel, pine.

On tap at the source. Lightly hazy deep amber color with a decent sized off white head that persists. Rich bready toasty maltiness with some diacetyl but not nearly as bad as the Long cast.

Four ounces at the brewery. The base of the beer has a lot of Caramel malt. Sweet and bready with pine and herbal bitterness. Really old school / 2001 approach to the style.

On tap at Trinity Brewhouse, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, light hop resins and a touch of caramel. Flavour has a sort of lemongrass character, with English hops, bready malt and toasted caramel. Unusual, but it kind of works. Not bad.
