Taster pour on tap at Powder Keg Beer & Chili festival. Appearance is cloudy dark yellow with thin cap of off-white head, no discernible sparkle. Aroma is primarily grapefruit and strong. Taste is strong grapefruit dominant with milder citrus. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick, heavy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Full thick not complex or novel. almost refreshing to have mosaic beer after all others. Overall, a full, thick beer that is pretty straightforward grapefruit/Mosaic but without bitterness. It's not novel but, with so many complex beers, it was kind of refreshing to have one harken back to simpler times (3-4 years ago) and do one thing well.

On tap at the source Deep gold in color with a decent sized off white head that persists. Lots of juicy hops sweet bready maltiness. Lightly astringent pretty good.

On tap-thin retaining white-gold. A-tropical/orange/tangerine. T-follows, lt malt.

6 oz. sample. At The Flight Center, Nashua. Flavor displays citrus, straw, mildly floral. Malt balance is good. Weak juicy character. Low bitterness.
