Can at home. Never heard of this brewery but showed up at my local store. Cloudy yellow with fine fluffy head. Nose is tropical fruits and herbal. Tastes of pineapple, gooseberry, herbal, resinous, tomatillos. Zippy palate. Some peppery tones on finish.

Can date of 1-8-2019. Acquired in a trade with tfontana, thanks Tom! Shows dull yellow appearance. Normal carbonation level. The aroma is mild tropical fruit, grapefruit peel, crackers. Backbone is bold cracker malts followed by citrus, weak tropical fruits, and a touch of earth. Soft mouthfeel and it goes down the gullet without a hitch. Based on this beer I would try more from this brewery.

Can pour into nonic pint glass (2018) and taster pour on tap at The Grill Next Door (2020). Appearance is cloudy, orange-yellow-brown with trace sparkle at the edge of the glass, 2-plus finger width foamy white head with decent retention and tons of soapy lacing ('18); lightly hazy piss yellow with trace sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and light leggy lacing ('20). Aroma is modest tropical fruit, dank, grapefruit, bready malt background ('18); cooking herb dominant with strong wheat bread/cracker backbone ('20). Taste is initial sweet tropical fruit, citrus, grapefruit, morphing into herb, and still later soda cracker contribution ('18); cooking herb dominant and cracker/grainy/bready backbone ('20). Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, lively carbonation, spicy with dry finish as taste with slight bitterness along with the sweet ('18); light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with dry, lightly bitter finish ('20). Overall, aroma and taste are a bit difficult to pin down with fair complexity as it matures in the glass ('18). Either there's a big difference can to tap or the recipe has been tinkered with in a couple of years. Enjoyed both equally but they were quite different.
