This beautiful amber lager is brewed in the tradition of Alsatian Biere de Mars with a complex and malty body and a decidedly noble hop character. Notes of fruit and a floral profile give way to the gentle spiciness of the experimental Elixir and Mistral hops used. As they say in France, “A Sante!”

Pours at the source on Mott the Lesser Day. Slightly hazy deep amber in color with a bubbly white head that persists, Rich bready toasty maltiness with bits of citrus earthy floral hops to counter.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Light clear amber color. Mellow yeast, soft toffee, grains, light citrus. Nice and easy drinking.
