This dankest of brews is the latest installment in our single-hop Fear Of Commitment series, featuring the talented, the terrific, the totally tubular Amarillo hop! We crushed copious quantities of Amarillo into this beaut from the kettle to the fermenter, and it’s poppin’ fresh with pungent citrus character. Nothin’ to be a’feared of here.

Overall 7
Canned 11-26-18. A tad past its prime but it still worked out. Flavor has muted citrus with a mild earthy tone. Bitterness is low and mellow. Still shows you it is an IPA. Carbonation and body are normal. Respectable beer.

Pours hazy bright gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Mango and papaya aromas. Dry with grapefruit and mango upfront turning to bitter pith in the lasting finish.
