We are obsessed with only using the best hops, and the best way to do that is to use hops we personally select from specific lots on specific farms. Last year, we did that with a number of varieties of hops, and we have been brewing single hop beers with each selection for the past few months. It only makes sense that we would brew a beer with all of the lots together. This hazy, juicy Double IPA features intense peachy, tropical, and citrusy aromas and flavors.
