EBF Last Saturday Dark brown with hints of ruby at the edges and an off white head that slowly dissipates. Rich caramelized sugars and dark fruits wrapped into a jammy envelope with hints of barrel. Really tasty beer.

4 ounce draft sample at EBF, Boston. Saturday night session. Belgian candy, sugar, yeast, earth. Wine barrels here but in a very subtle way. Fuller / thick mouth.
