Brewed with Pilsner and malted wheat. We fermented this beer with a very expressive Belgian yeast strain, which gives it beautiful notes of spiced orange and lemon. Windmill finishes semi-dry with notes of clean bready malt.

12 oz. draft at the brewery. The base has pilsner and some sweeter malt. The yeast is bold and has bubblegum and a mild pepper character. Lots of fruity esters as well. Pretty much a normal Tripel. Crafted well.
