Can pour into nonic pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is cloudy dark yellow with orange tinge, lots of effervescent sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-plus width white light foamy head with good retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is mix of lemon and orange citrus along with pineapple and coconut. Taste is pineapple, coconut with some mildly astringent tart citrus for balance. Palate is medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, I wish it had nixed the mild tart aspect and just gone full-on juice! Feels bigger than 5.5%

4 oz draft sample. Like this brewery overall, hate lactose/ Milkshake IPA’s. Hope profile shows a good amount of grassy/ pine like hops. Medium bitterness. The lactose doesn’t make it overly sweet or sugary. So, it is drinkable.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy medium gold color. Large frothy white head. Citrus and coconut nose. Sweet cream malt flavor upfront lends toward pineapple and coconut as advertised. Slight chalky notes in middle. Tropical fruit throughout. Different.
