(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Notes of somewhat sharp acidic lemon, semi-sweet lemon peels, generally lemon flavours are dominant, but there is also lightly bready malt, lactic sourness, dry grass and soft ester-like fruit. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Adding lemon to an already reasonably lemon-heavy beer felt like overkill and dulled what I thought was a solid base (consumed alongside). Okay.

Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Toolbox Cooper with Meyer Lemon ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, lemon, lime, lemon zest. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, citric, lemon, pale malt, fruity yeast - saison yeast. A hazy yellow beer with. White head. The aroma has notes of lemosn, straw, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of malt, lemons, wheat, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - fuzzy yellow coloured pour with a white head. Prominent lemon citrus fruity with some grassy floral hoppy action, yeasty, some citric spice in the close.
