6.9/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 6 Texture 7 Overall 7
Appearance: burnt orange cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head, dissipated to leave some mild messy lace
Aroma: coriander, orange zest, sweet wheat, some lemon underneath, clean malts
Flavor: semi-sweet with a touch of zestiness through the citrus tones, barely any aftertaste but what tried to present itself as an aftertaste seemed somewhat citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, semi-citrusy and subtle wheaty finish
Overall: not much of a true witbier, seemed more of an American pale wheat ale in the brewer's way.

Clear but slight haze. Smells a little tart. Easy friendly and civilized, I'm liking this from the start. Good stuff, no wheat ale ill effects on this. Very nice domestic wit, so good. Thanks! Could drink a few rounds of this stuff and really never get tired of it.

Keg taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy yellow with greenish tinge (urine-like), minimal sparkle and fair lacing. Aroma is wheat cracker and spicy yeast. Taste is cracker, sweet citrus, yeasty light funk, spice. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall,

Sample at the source. Slightly hazy light golden dark yellow in color with a thin white bubbly head. Ligth grainy crackery maltiness with a bit of lemon and spice not too shabby.

4 oz. taster at the brewery. Hazy bright yellow appearance. Aroma is subtle coriander, orange, and light wheat. Lighter bodied with a spicy kick in the finish. Well made with no issues. Simple and straightforward Wit Bier.
