This was the first batch ever produced in the brewery and we are incredibly proud of the quality we achieved.
This is a modern adaptation of the Pale Ale reflecting European malts with New World hops uniting the best of the two main Pale Ale styles. It is refreshing yet with strong lingering malt flavours that make the beer balanced and is very drinkable.

Grains: Maris Otter, Pilsner Malt
Hops: Cascade, Columbus and Simcoe

Bottled. Hazy deep goldeny orange colour with a rich foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some spruce, mild resin as well as some bready malts. Flavour is citrus, some spruce, mild grassy and resiny notes with quite a nice bitterness in the finish. The spruce actually add a bit to the bitter feel. Refreshing.

Draught @ MBWF 2017 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2017 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden. [ As West Coast Bryggeri / All In Brewing 7th Prime ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt. sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops, grass, citrus - pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, gräs, granskott, mango, grapefrukt med toner av karamell. Fruktig, rund och len, bra balans, ren och klar, lagom sötma, lätt kropp, fin beska med smak av citrusskal. Gott!

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter sitrus, grapefrukt og noe barnåler. Middels til lett. Barnål, sitrusskall og blomster. Lang bitter avslutning.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2016) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with toast, resin, black-currant, crystal malt and citrus. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of crystal malt, citrus, resin, toast and a generous citric/resiny bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a generous hop character. Nice one.

Flaska från SB. Mörktgyllenfärgad, disig med ett rejält skum. Doft av bestig citrus och tallskott/kåda och lite resin. Ganska torr och stram apa. Viss citrusfruktighet men mer tallskott, kåda och gräs och lite resin. Rejäl beska men ändå ok balans. Gott

Sample at SBWF 2016. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, grapefruit, grass and some pine. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish fairly bitter.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Generous bready nose with lychee and grapefruit. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lychee and pineapples. Lightly resiny finish with long bitterness.
