4 oz. draft at the source. Golden color, white head. Sour flavor with citrus, acidic notes, lemon peel, and soured wheat. Finish has citrus, lemon, and grass. Very nice berliner Weisse and follows the style. Although it does seem a tad watery.

Tap at Stoneface Brewing Company. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Wheat, grain, sourness, tartness and some malts. Pretty good light berliner weisse.

Pours pale light gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sour summer fruit and hay aromas. Soft and tart with plum and peach upfront turning to mild marshmallow in the abrupt finish.
