750 ml bottle. Dark orange type color, higher carbonation. Damn, the flavor is over run with herbs. Rosemary, yarrow root, sage and a strange yeasty note. Old oak notes. I can't even taste any Chardonnay grapes. To my palate it is all herb. I wanted to like it. I truly was hoping I would have.

Pours deep clear amber into a tulip. Off-white micro head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Tart pit fruit and funky meadow aromas. Dry with sweet and sour pit fruit, grape and mild funk upfront turning to hay and oak in the medium length finish.
