When life (or your hop supplier) gives you €1,000 of free hops, you do the obvious. Make a single 1,000L batch with all the hops thrown in the same batch and ofcourse you make it a punchy 10.00% DIPA. We genuinely thought this was going to be a one-off. Having (extensively) tasted it now though...

Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Young Master Yat Cheen ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170512] 7-3-7-3-15
