We’ve spent the last 2 years growing our brewery with the help of Black Acre Brewing, so we thought it fitting that the last beer we make at their facility be a collab. This is the result, a farmhouse ale hopped generously with Simcoe and Citra hops, spiced with grapefruit peel and black peppercorns, and fermented with grapefruit puree. A beer for the Spycee Boi in all of us!

16 oz can, thanks TJ! Color an off orange. Aroma has a zesty, spicy character with Belgian yeast. The flavor at this point is mostly yeast. Spice lingers, comes off like a standard Belgian Wit beer. Can was slightly aged. Peppercon comes off as black pepper.
