Belgian Blonde are combined with “new-world” New Zealand hops and a Saison yeast to bring out a
bright flavor with a touch of residual sweetness and a snap of hop spiciness.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is cloudy like grapefruit juice with no sparkle, a thin off-white ring of head with poor retention and very limited lacing. Aroma is fruit, spice and yeast. Taste is light fruit with mild tart yeast, spicy. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, the elements are all there for the style, though it isn't bold and doesn't stand out in any way.

22 oz. bottle purchased at Greg & Jane’s. Hazy yellow appearance with huge fizzy head. Aroma is peppery, pungent, and some strange yeast hint. For me this has my least favorite hop (Sorachi Ace) and favorite hop (Nelson Sauvin). The flavor has a bold amount of black pepper right upfront with some yeast. Almost shows a soapy hint. A bit much on the Sorachi Ace for me. Meh

Bottle from Craft Beer Cellar. Hazy turbid dirty yellow color with a small tightly bubbled white head. Earthy citrus with bits of pepper and clove on the nose. Earthy sweet bread minty with a light lingering aspirin. Not bad.
