Reviewed from notes. Consumed 12/29/2017.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: rustic copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which tapered off fairly quick and left some light messy lace
Aroma: grapefruit, pine and citrusy hops with a subtle caramel/toffee malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes piney and caramel malty.
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; light smoothness, light booziness is felt here and also some hop assertiveness - noticeable
Overall: a TIPA that might need a little work in the texture department other than that - nice aromas and flavors

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops deep copper with a thin off white head and nice lacing. Aromas of caramel malt floral notes and citrus. Taste very sweet caramel malt floral hops and light citrus.

22 oz. bottle purchased at the brewery. Fresh bottling. Color is a a dirty orange, light head. Flavor is on the sweet side with the malts taking over the hops.mCaramel and toffee give a lasting sweetness with weak grapefruit, candied oranges, and sugar. The ABV is not noticed because the huge sweetness. Body and mouthfeel are chewy malt and a lingering caramel. Entirely too sweet.
