750 ml growler filled at the source 52 minutes ago. Nearly clear in color golden with fastest repeating head. Aroma is light peach skins, lactic acid, sour wheat. The flavor is a direct reflection with the balance of fruit and sour showing a lasting lingering tartness and a mild pucker in the taste glands. Light yogurt. Mild lacto. Pretty good.
