Bottle 200ml. clear glass corked @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Cold Hand Malus Danica 2013 ].ABV: 9.0%. Clear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, apple concentrat, light wood, very intensive apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, apple concentrat, intensive apple. Bottle at John’s. Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma of tart apples, sweet apples, chewy toffee. High sweetness, hint of sour. Medium body, sticky texture, not carbonated.
