A golden wheat beer with a distinct sour flavor cut by a sweet and bready malt flavor. The first sip of Harimanna Berliner Weisse will impale you with a sharp sour flavor and will lead to a creamy mouthfeel filled with characteristics of lemon and citrus fruit. It finishes slightly dry and leaves a bright, lingering sensation of sour and lemon that will keep you coming back for more.

Draft at Rick’s Food and Spirits, Kingston, NH. Aroma is lemony notes, soured wheat, very low acid. Taste is lightly tart, with a mild graininess that provides the backbone. Acid is amount as low as it can be.mPalate is light bodied with light carbonation. Very approachable for someone who is never had the style.

On tap at Goffe’s Watering Hole Hazy deep yellow color with a small but short lived bubbly white head. Huge lemony citrus on the nose with hints of bready spicy maltiness. Tart puckering lemony citrus on the flavor in spades. Faint malt barely balances the tart. Tart and tasty.
