This is a light monks table beer. Made with pilsner malt and Hallertau hops, it is easy to drink with a crisp malt flavor followed by a hint of lemon/citrus flavor from the hops. Orange peel was added in the brite tank for another citrus flavor tone.

From my brother: pours light hazy golden yellow with large white head. Aroma is light spice and Belgian yeast. Taste is lightly bitter with a mold spiciness. Pretty straightforward but well done. Not many breweries are putting out this style these days.

22 oz. bottle purchased @ Greg & Jane’s. Used a snifter and showed a medium hazy blonde color with a stupid amount of carbonation. It took forever to pour into the snifter on a slow pour. Aroma is primary Pilsner malt with fruity Belgian yeast hints. Taste is a sweet and lightly yeasty with subtle fruit and mild grain in the finish. The finish is semi-dry. Overall, it’s well crafted except for the over carbonation issue. This is causing a lot of burps.

Bottle from Greg and Jane’s Huge carbonation, a gentle pour produces half a glass of bubbles and a hazy yellow liquid with a steady stream of bubbles. Clove and spice on the nose with bits of pepper sweet bread white wine and earthy yeast. Crisp bubbly refreshing beverage. I enjoyed it.
