Can pour into shaker pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is hazy dark yellow/light brown with greenish tinge at sides of glass, nice sparkle, finger-width foamy, white head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong yeast, lighter fruit and citrus, hint of pepper spice. Taste is clove, citrus, yeast, pepper. Palate is medium bodied, frothy texture, average carbonation, pleasant warming of the esophagus; dry, yeasty finish. Overall, would have liked stronger fruity esters, banana or bubblegum flavors in there rather than dominant yeast, but solid.

From my brother: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, mikd citrus fruitiness, with a mere hint of honey. Taste is somewhat hoppy. Nice body. Pretty solid saison.

12 oz. can. Marked "make12ozcansgreatagain" 4/6/17. Slightly hazy yellow, thin spotty lacing. The aroma and flavor are a reflection of each other. I wonder what type of yeast they use in this brew?
It shows Belgian and German yeast characteristics. Light pepper, mild straw and light banana/ clove like hints. Body is lighter was a nice yeasty presence that lingers after the sip. I liked it.

Can from Bert’s Slightly hazy deep straw with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Lemony earthy spicy on the nose with a hint of soap. The flavor is hoppy earthy spicy lemon. Not bad.
