Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: black in color with a one finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some adequate lace
Aroma: sweet milk chocolate with some vanilla; dark chocolate in the middle; some roasty qualities
Flavor: leans towards the sweet side through the prior noted aromas, a touch of bitterness from the dark chocolate and an even lighter hint of the roasty notes; mild finish of the combined chocolates and some vanilla
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness
Overall: for a milk/sweet stout, it's a bit more balanced than many I have tried where they are overly sweet so many times, I believe Great North did a very nice job on this one.

Taster pour at the source. Appearance is opaque black with thin ring of beige head, no discernible sparkle, light lacing. Aroma is baker's chocolate, vanilla, rich roasted malts. Taste is more rich roasted malts dominant, then vanilla, then chocolate, but similar to aroma. Palate is medium bodied with smooth texture from the lactose, lively carbonation with mostly bitter roasted finish. Overall, more roasty and less sweet than I expected, but that's not a bad thing.

Pretty good stuff. Roast and dark chocolate with a little nut. Black pour with decent head and lacing. Bitter finish with a little caramel like what 5 cents at the front of the gas station gets you. Can thanks to Johnnnnie.

Got this can from the beer store in Nashua. Really good choco milk nose. Nice thick creamy head. Mild stout taste backed by hints of chocolate. As session continues, the choco reinserts itself. Fairly flat in its presentation. Gentle, not bitter.

12 oz. can purchased at Greg &Jane’s, Epping, NH. Pitch black color, thin mocha colored head. Aroma reminds me of Hersey’ cocca powder, mild roast, sugar.

Mouthfeel had a nice smoothness, creamy. Body is proper for the gravity of the stout. Lingering sweet chocolate in the finish. Nice example of the style.

Growler from the brewery. Dark brown/ black color with a smallish tan head that persists. Rich milk chocolate dominates the nose. Faint bits of creamed coffee, light pitted fruit, and earth play supporting roles, but this one is all about the choco love. Silky creamy mouthfeel medium body with a moderate carbonation. Great brew, I’m trying to figure out the best way to incorporate this with some ice cream honestly.
