16 oz. draft at the Canal Street location. Clear dark Amber in color. Good carbonation and head retention. Aroma is pine, caramel, and a mild hint of spice.
Lots of caramel base. Spice come out in the finish along with a sharp astringent bitterness in the form of pine. I got through about 6 oz. of this beer before I had to stop. The harsh bitterness got overwhelming. This is a very rough recipe. I wouldn’t sell this to people.
