Our annual tribute to that jolliest of dark overlords. Brewed with local wildflower honey, malted rye, and a touch of light caramel malt. Dry hopped with the classic Cascade and our forever favorite Simcoe. Hail Santa! Notes of Meyer lemon zest, pineapple sage, white flowers, unripe peach, and bergamot.

16 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout. Hazy amber gold pour. Large, firm white head is enduring. Great lacing. Aroma of earthy malt and dank citrus. Flavor follows nose. Earthy rye malt and dank citrus and piney hops are abundantly present from start to finish. Notes of orange and grapefruit pith.

Draft at the source. Turbid gold. Aroma is light malt, pine, bold citrus. The bitterness is moderate with the citrus and pine marrying together in a wonderful manner. Mouthfeel is velvet smooth and almost silky. The balance of this IPA is wonderful! Pimping
