Can from 7-11 Hazy copper color with a huge frothy beige head that persists. a bit of over carbonation in the can it foamed over after opening. Spicy earthy pepper and clove on the nose with hints of caramel maltiness. The flavor is rich darker malts with bits of toast and caramel but also a little bit of oxidation. Spicy earthy peppery counters. Only my second roggenbier, it seems pretty well made, but its not really my thing.

12 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery. Darker brown color, plenty for frothy white head. The aroma shows a big yeast presence that is damped slightly by earthy grain.
Flavor of earthy grain, mineral water, yeast, and mild toast. Body is thinner then expected with a mineral finish. Rye is a decent element throughout the sip. It is ok overall. Good grains.
