On tap at Levante, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a decent rustic saison yeast upfront, with light esters. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, light esters and crisp biscuity malt. Not exactly authentic, but at least it too estery. It's alright.

4 oz. sample at the source. No head on a cloudy golden liquid. Aroma is rustic grain, light pepper and slight yeast.
The flavor is more what style should be. The yeast is The showcase of the beer. It shows a slight pepper throughout the sap with the green giving a try texture. Again another style hit on the head.
