On tap-offwhite-slightly hazy yellow. A-banana, some wheat. T-clove/banana/bubble gum, lt malt/wheat.

Draft at City Steam. Completely hazy, un-filtered golden color. Loads of bubblegum and a mild banana nose. Smells great and the taste follows exactly what a hefeweizen should be. Light carbonation and had a bit of tart finish. The body is slightly on the thin side but the yeast is present. Pretty correct to style.
