Bottle pour into taster cup at Greg & Jane’s Beer and Wine. Appearance is dark brown/black with thin ring of off-white head. Aroma is dark fruit, chocolate. Taste is as aroma. Palate is smooth from the oats. Overall, a nice crafted beer--above average all around.

22oz bottle shared by puboflyons, thanks. Dissipating tan-mahogany. A-sweet med/dk malt-maple. T-follows.

Thanks for the share puboflyons. Deep brown black color, decent head. Aroma is roasted grain, chocolate, yeast.
Mild roasted grain, mild chocolate, some ash. Body is on the thinner side. Still overall pretty nice.

Bottle from Bert’s Black color smallish bubbly off white head moderate retention. Roasty, molasses, earthy, light dried fruits, light papery oxidation. Decent stout.
